We always want our customers to be satisfied. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us! We ask that return shipping be paid by the customer.

Please email support@thechandlerashtoncollection.com with your order number and details of the return. 

Refunds are only acceptable if you do not receive the product that you ordered OR if you receive your items in a damaged condition. Please be ready to provide photo proof that the item(s) arrived damaged no more than 24 hours after the arrival of your package
